About Orba Property Group

It Is Never Too Late to Begin

I’m Julie O’Regan, founder of Orba Property Group.

Turning 50 changed how I thought about my future and retirement. I realised that if I wanted something different, I had to be willing to change direction, invest in myself and take action.

Before investing in property, I invested in my education. I completed training programmes, read books, listened to podcasts, attended networking events and absorbed every piece of free information I could find. I listened to different property professionals before choosing to work with the people I trusted and felt most comfortable with—not simply those making the most noise.

I began building my property business at 55. Since then, I have completed my first buy-to-let renovation, become co-founder of A&O Stays and continued exploring new property opportunities.

I am also the host of Hard Hats to Heels Milton Keynes, a female networking event that welcomes women of all ages, regardless of where they are in their business or property journey. It provides a supportive space where women can connect, collaborate, communicate and genuinely encourage one another as they work towards their goals.

Orba is about more than owning property. It is about creating choices, building a lasting legacy for my family and showing other women that age does not have to limit what comes next.
